The Independent says, "This is bottle fermented beer with a tart and tangy hop character from the English Goldings and Target varieties: complex and refreshing with hints of blood oranges and butterscotch, the latter from Brakspear's unique double drop fermentation system."
I say; Fantastic beer, so much going on. I've said before, but there's something about Oxfordshire beer. Major bitterness occuring, but floral flavours in there too. So refreshing, yet has so much more depth than a lager, and many bitters as well. This is in my top 5 beers, I drink it regularly, at least weekly, so it was always going to get a good review!
