The Independent says, "Don't let the grinning aristocratic wally on the label put you off; the former jailbird Lord Brocket got Hepworth, a fantastic brewer from West Sussex, to create this signature bitter for his new range of own label food and drink. Our panel enjoyed the balance of malt and hops, and its clean silky finish."
I say; Had to get this direct from the Lord, and his bangers etc do look good! Pours well, beautiful colour, big on flavour. Well made, although very malty, which is not high on the list of my favourite things! Very bitter on the tongue, this beer does absolutely nothing wrong at all, yet I doubt I'll drink it again, to me, too much malt, not enough floral input!
